Tenant Advisory Committee:

The Tenant Advisory Committee (TAC) plays an important management function within Third Street Center and works with the Executive Director and Facility Manager to ensure that the Center operates equitably and efficiently.

Any tenant that has a signed lease is eligible to serve on the the TAC.

If you are interested in serving on the tenant advisory committee please contact Jody Ensign at 963-3221 to express your interest in serving. 

Since the opening of TSC in May, the TAC has been meeting every other Wednesday from 9-11am in the Calaway Community Room.  You can see the date of the next TAC meeting on the TSC calendar.
 

Job Description:
Tenant Advisory Committee has the primary concern of representing tenant interests, shaping the management of the building, and conveying those interests to the tenant representative(s) on the Third Street Board.  There will be 1-2 tenant reps on the board.  The committee will meet once a month.
