Community
spaces (the Calaway Community Room, the
Round Room, and the Board Room) are
available to all tenants free of charge.
Community Groups interested in renting
community rooms should contact the Executive
Director. The current rental rates are
in the chart below.
TSC Tenant
Rates
For Board and
Calaway Rooms:
Three month in
advance scheduling window. Tenants can
call ED (963-3221)
to schedule or self schedule on the TSC
Google calendar. Conflicting
events resolved by ED through following
guidelines:

Tenant with
least use of space over last 30 days

Number of
potential participants with priority to
larger groups
-
Rock/Paper/Scissors -
best 2 out of 3 with
ED as witness.
Round Room
scheduling is allowed in
the evenings and on weeks. Daytime use
needs approval of ED and Round Room Tenants.
