Calaway Room
The Calaway Room accommodates groups of up to 100 and features a wall of windows overlooking Mount Sopris. Groups that have used the Calaway room are: dance recitals, piano concerts, church services, board meetings, design charettes, art shows and group meetings and celebrations.
Note: The Room Renter is responsible for set-up and returning the room to its original setting. Please factor that time into your room reservation.
Rental Rates:
Nonprofit/Community: $25/hr or $150 per day
Private/Forprofit: $65/hr or $500 per day

Cleaning and Housekeeping Guidelines
There will be a $100.00 ($250 if event has food) cleaning/security deposit for all Community (non tenant) groups. The deposit for larger groups/parties is $500. A room rental is not confirmed until both the room rental policy form and the facility rental agreement form has been signed and the deposit paid to the TSC Executive Director.
